The field visit focused on Ajmer, Baran, Bhilwara, Nagaur, Pratapgarh, Sawai Madhopur and Tonk districts of Rajasthan. The field visit was conducted in June 2017. The team travelled 2890 kilometres and visited 16 places. A total of 273 furniture elements were mapped. The places visited were – Ajmer, Bassi, Beawar, Beran Gaon, Chainpura, Chakeri, Dangawas, Deogarh Kanvaliyas, Kharwa, Khatira ki Dhani, Merta, Nimod, Pushkar, Rupaheli Khurd and Tonk.
