This newsletter presents the findings from the sixth field visit in Rajasthan. This field visit was conducted in May 2017. The team travelled 3015 kilometres and visited 23 places in the regions of Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa, Dholpur and Karauli districts. A total of 278 vernacular furniture items were mapped. The places visited were – Abaneri, Baisakh, Bhandarej, Bhot, Chak Ramnagar, Dadikar Daulatiya, Deeg, Dhani.Jharna, Karauli, Kumha, Lakhruki, Maramda, Ramnagar, Ravan Devra, Shahpur, Shourana, Tagawali, and Umred.
