This newsletter presents the findings from the fourth field visit in Haryana, which was conducted in Charkhi Dadri, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Jhajjar, Mahendragarh and Rewari in December 2019. The team travelled 4093 kilometres and visited 31 places. A total of 770 vernacular furniture items were mapped. The places visited were – Alampur, Badhra, Balali, Bassai, Bayal, Bhankhri, Chappar, Chhara, Chhainsa, Dhanota, Dhoj, Dulhera Khurd, Duloth, Farrukhnagar, Jhajjar city, Makrani, Manethi, Manjhaoli, Nizampur, Panchnota, Pachgaon, Padla, Rawaldhi, Rehrodhi, Rewari city, Salhawas, Sotai and Subana.
