This academic work was a part of the studio ‘Re-Contained Past’. This studio was located at the intersection of Exhibition Design, Craft and Culture, and System Thinking. The intention of this studio was to develop a travelling exhibition of the vernacular furniture of Gujarat. The theme of the exhibition explored through this academic work was ‘Nar – Nari’. The idea of the theme was to explore the power of, both man and woman, the power of duality.
