A pidha is a low chair with a webbed seat and a carved wooden back raised by carved wooden legs. Most vernacular furniture recorded in Hanumangarh, including this pidha, are distinctly different from the rest of Rajasthan, and resemble the furniture in Punjab. This pidha was made with minimal ornamentation, making it one of its kind in the survey.
