This kothlio was finished with a layer of lime plaster on it like the rest of the surfaces of the house. The women would apply a new coat of mud or lime plaster during Diwali each year in order to upkeep the condition of the larder. This larder had been painted using pink distemper paint during the Diwali of 2016.
