The intricate nehcha of this hookhi was made from wood that was turned on a lathe. The neh (smoking end) was directly connected to the tanki and not to another nehcha as seen in other examples. This hookhi was smoked by a group of women from the neighbourhood. A cloth was tied at the top of the nehcha to fix the terracotta chillum tightly.
