This almari was located in a wall of the living room of a house in Asan village. As the space was close to the kitchen, the almari was used to store prepared food to keep it safe from insects and rodents. A pair of wall pegs were fixed on either side of the almari and were used to hang containers of milk, umbrella, bags and so on.
