Almari is an in-built cabinet. A wall niche is built in during the construction of the building. Doors or shutters to close it are fitted by a carpenter at a later stage. This almari was built in one of the private rooms of a haveli and was used by the caretaker. Unused containers were kept on the stone shelves.
