This ukhal musal was made from kikar wood, around twelve years ago by the family carpenter. The musal was decorated using white paint for a marriage. The central part of the turned wood pestle had a thinner cross section for better grip. One would sit on a patadi (low seat) or a pidha (stool) while using the ukhal musal.
